Building inclusion through art and shared experiences

Through creative expression, the project supports children in discovering who they are, where they come from, and how their personal stories connect with others. Art becomes a shared language that helps transform diversity into a common value rather than a dividing line.

By working with children from migrant and Roma communities, socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds, and with children with disabilities, the project aims to create inclusive learning environments where every child feels seen, heard and valued. Artistic collaboration encourages equal participation, mutual understanding and a sense of belonging within the classroom and beyond.

Developing key competences through creative practice

Art becomes a tool for learning, not just expression.
Our workshops support the development of key competences such as:

  • social and emotional skills
  • cultural awareness and expression
  • learning to learn
  • active citizenship

Children learn to communicate, cooperate and reflect — skills that go far beyond the classroom.

Re-engaging learners and reducing educational barriers

For many children, traditional learning paths do not work.
By integrating arts into everyday school life, we increase motivation, strengthen self-esteem and help prevent early school leaving. Creative processes offer alternative ways to succeed, especially for children who struggle with academic or social challenges.

Strengthening teachers, families and school communities

Inclusion works best when everyone is involved.
The project actively supports teachers through training and international knowledge exchange, while also engaging families in creative workshops. This holistic approach builds stronger, more supportive school communities around the child.
