International trainings for exchange of good practices and coordination

Online meetings and presentations will be held to connect the classes.

Within the SHARED IDENTITIES project, international training and exchange meetings are organised in all four partner countries. These meetings bring together students, teachers, artists, school leaders, and project coordinators to exchange good practices, work together, and coordinate the project in a shared European context.

Each international meeting includes:

  • Study visits to the host school, offering direct insight into local educational realities, inclusion practices, and the everyday challenges faced by students and families.
  • Artistic presentations by students and MUS-E artists, based on the semester’s thematic work and open to the local school community.
  • Joint artistic workshops, where international and local artists and teachers work with students, sharing concrete methods and approaches through practice.
  • Cultural visits and community interactions, supporting intercultural understanding and direct exchange beyond the classroom.
  • Evaluation and coordination sessions, focusing on reflection, quality assurance, and alignment of project activities.

These meetings support:

  • students’ self-confidence, social skills, and intercultural awareness,
  • teachers’ and artists’ professional development and methodological exchange,
  • family involvement through open community events,
  • and strong coordination and cooperation among project partners.

The international meetings ensure that SHARED IDENTITIES remains a practice-based, reflective, and collaborative project, grounded in real school contexts and shared responsibility.
